My fitness journey started at the age of 15 with the goal of building strength and confidence in the gym. By the age of 21 I had transitioned towards other areas of fitness, particularly endurance running & triathlon. This lay the foundations of the Ben Parker Fitness brand that you see today. Initially qualifying as a level 3 personal trainer I went on to achieve various instructor awards in pilates, circuits, kettlebells, indoor cycling and nutrition to ensure that I could offer clients high quality and bespoke training sessions that put them at the centre. This work has taken me around the UK and Europe, and I am now based in Richmond, London.
Professionally I enjoy training clients at all levels and abilities and I balance this with my personal fitness goals. In 2018 I completed my first Ironman and I am now ranked 4th in the UK for my age group. I am currently working towards becoming number 1 in the UK, and hope to compete in the world championships later this year.
